When I was first diagnosed with PCOS, everything felt overwhelming.
I had no idea where to look for answers. Like many women, I left appointments with more questions than I arrived with and found myself navigating a sea of conflicting advice, wellness trends and half-explanations.
Over the past five years, I’ve spent countless hours reading books, research papers and articles, listening to podcasts, speaking with experts and experimenting with my own habits and routines. While I certainly don’t have all the answers, I feel far more confident in understanding how the female body works, how lifestyle can support our wellbeing and how we can create the best possible conditions for balance.
The SVAAN Journal is a collection of the insights, lessons and resources I wish I’d had at the beginning of my own journey. My hope is that it helps you feel a little more informed, empowered and connected to your body along the way.
