Balance is built daily. Here’s how to get the most out of your new routine.

Step 1

know your phase

SVAAN is designed to work with your natural hormonal rhythm. You’ll receive two different formulas:

Follicular Phase (Days 1–14)

Start this formula on Day 1 of your period (the first day you bleed).
- Supports energy, focus, and estrogen production.


Luteal Phase (Days 15–28)

Start this formula after ovulation or around Day 15.
- Supports progesterone, reduces PMS, and promotes calm.

PS: if your cycle is longer or shorter - we've accounted for that in the pack so there's a few more capsules in each to support you.


If you don’t track your cycle yet — no stress. Just count from your first day of bleeding, and switch at Day 15.

Take Your Capsules Daily

Consistency is queen 👑

Take your capsules every day, preferably with food. Here’s how many to take:


Follicular Formula (Days 1–14):

4 capsules per day
Best taken in the morning breakfast or with lunch.


Luteal Formula (Days 15–28):

6 capsules per day
Best taken in the morning with breakfast, or split (3 morning + 3 evening). But always with food.

Pro tip: Keep the capsules somewhere visible — like your bathroom, coffee station or supplements drawer — to make it part of your routine.

You'll notice results after 3-4 weeks and full effect after around 3 months.
