Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (dietary supplements), we follow EU guidelines for hygiene-sensitive goods. Therefore, we do not accept returns of opened or used items, as they cannot be resold for health and safety reasons.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at info@svaan.co within 7 days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 14-day return window in accordance with the EU’s right of withdrawal for online purchases. To be eligible for a return:

To initiate a return, email info@svaan.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions if your return is approved.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@svaan.co.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your unopened item (if eligible), and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at info@svaan.co. Please include photos so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
